国内外人工智能技术在心理健康教育中的应用途径与方式

摘要:人工智能技术正逐步融入心理健康教育领域,以应对传统模式在可及性、个性化与时效性方面的挑战。研究表明,人工智能已在智能化干预、预警筛查与评估诊断等方面构建起覆盖预防、筛查、干预与追踪全流程的服务生态,显著提升了服务的可及性、匿名性与个性化水平。国内外实践路径存在差异,国外以技术驱动为主,国内则更强调需求牵引并与本土教育体系相融合。然而,该技术仍面临情感共情不足、算法偏见、数据隐私及人际连接弱化等挑战。未来应着力构建智能化教育生态、推进个性化服务、加强早期预警、完善伦理规范,并将职前教育体系改革作为核心战略,以促进该领域健康可持续发展。
