医教协同背景下市级三甲医院住院医师规范化培训的实践与探索——以葫芦岛市中心医院为例

摘要:住院医师规范化培训是医学人才培养的关键环节,市级三甲医院作为住培工作的重要阵地,面临着质量提升与内涵建设的双重任务。本文以葫芦岛市中心医院为例,系统梳理该院在住院医师规范化培训中的创新实践,包括师资队伍建设、教学模式改革、过程管理优化等方面。通过分析医院承办的师资带教技能大赛、日常教学督导机制以及多维度培训体系建设,总结市级三甲医院在住培工作中的经验与挑战,并提出进一步完善培训质量保障体系的对策建议,以期为同类医院提供参考。
