社区微场景下数智技术赋能老年终身学习——基于133项实证与6社区调研

摘要:人口老龄化与数字鸿沟并存背景下,老年人“不会用、不敢用、用不上”数智技术的问题突出, 与“15分钟老年学习圈”建设目标形成矛盾。本研究整合2000—2024年133项实证研究(总样本58723 人,合并效应量0.57),结合江苏、四川、山东6个社区调研数据,揭示心理安全感在技术赋能中的关键中介作用(效应值0.28,p<0.001),提出“技术适配-场景嵌入-制度协同”整合框架,并设计出单社区投入≤5万元、学习持续率≥60%的可落地方案,为破解老年教育“最后一公里”难题提供实践路径。
