桥接社群与中国留学生在马来西亚的跨文化适应

摘要：双重身份认同是桥接社群的排他性文化资源，也是中国留学生在异国文化适应的重要倚仗力量。本研究以马来西亚某公立大学中国留学生为对象，采用扎根理论，通过田野调查和半结构式深度访谈的研究方法，考察桥接群体在中国留学生马来西亚文化适应中扮演的角色。经Nvivo软件分析，构建了桥接社群在其跨文化适应中的作用模型。模型显示，同语言同文化背景是互动前提，课程学习和社会交往是作用驱动因素，能在生活、学术、社交上产生积极作用，同时交往中的抑制因素及后续消极作用也不容忽视。
