GenAI技术赋能老年心理健康教育的代际学习模式研究

摘要：随着我国人口老龄化进程加速，老年心理健康问题日益凸显。传统老年教育在满足老年人心理健康需求、实现代际互动方面存在不足。本研究聚焦“代际学习”模式，提出引入生成式人工智能（GenAI）技术进行创新赋能。在梳理国内外老年心理健康教育与代际学习研究现状的基础上，本文以双向赋能理论、技术接受模型和复杂系统理论为支撑，构建了“GenAI技术－代际互动－心理健康－社区赋能”四位一体的创新实践模型。该模型旨在通过GenAI技术（如情感分析、个性化内容生成、虚拟场景构建）精准识别老年人心理需求，优化代际互动体验，构建可持续的社区心理健康服务生态，为老龄化社会提供心理健康服务的创新范式。
