“课程-实践-文化”三角模型下全球胜任力培养的国际比较研究——基于美、德、日高校的案例图谱与本土化创新

摘要:在全球化与多重挑战交织的时代背景下,培养具备全球胜任力的人才已是中国高等教育学界普遍讨论和实践的核心议题。本研究创新性地构建了“课程-实践-文化”三角模型,作为核心分析框架,系统性地剖析全球胜任力的培养生态。通过对美国、德国、日本三国代表性高校的案例进行深度比较,研究绘制了一幅多维度的国际培养模式图谱。研究发现,美国模式以市场为导向,呈现出高度的灵活性与个性化,但面临机会不均的挑战;德国模式以学术为驱动,强调专业深度与体系严谨性,但在跨学科融合与社交软技能方面存在局限;日本模式则由国家战略驱动,展现出强大的体系化推进能力,但在培养学生的自主性与批判性思维方面尚有提升空间。研究指出,任何单一模式都无法直接照搬。基于此,结合中国国情,提出了全球胜任力培养的本土化创新路径:构建融合课程思政与全球议题的课程新体系, 深化在地国际化与升级走出去相结合的实践新路径,以及塑造厚植家国情怀与倡导开放包容的文化新氛围。研究旨在为中国高校在新时代新阶段探索具有本土特色、系统高效的人才培养模式提供理论洞见与实践参考。
