感恩对大学生主观幸福感的影响：自尊的中介效应

摘要：目的：探讨感恩对大学生主观幸福感的影响，以及自尊在其中的中介作用。方法：采用感恩量表、主观幸福感量表和自尊量表对某高校398名大一学生进行问卷调查。结果：（1）感恩和自尊、主观幸福感都存在显著的正相关（r=0.311，0.308；p<0.01），自尊和主观幸福感存在显著的正相关(r=0.501，p<0.01);（2）感恩不仅可以直接预测大学生的主观幸福感，还可以通过自尊的中介作用间接预测主观幸福感。结论：自尊在感恩和主观幸福感之间起到部分中介作用。
