“明暗箱法”用于抗焦虑药物药理作用研究的实验教学初探

摘要:焦虑症是临床常见的情绪障碍,其发病率和致残率高,严重影响现代人的生活质量。研究抗焦虑药的药理作用意义重大。由于焦虑症动物模型的建立和行为测试等方面的限制,目前本科生药理实验教学中基本没有涉及该领域的相关实验。本文利用致焦虑药物(间氯苯哌嗪)处理小鼠来构建简单的焦虑小鼠模型,并给予苯二氮卓类抗焦虑药地西泮,通过观察小鼠在明暗箱中的活动情况来考察抗焦虑药物的药理作用。通过本实验的学习,帮助学生理解抗焦虑药物的药理作用,培养学生的创新意识,对学生认识相关领域前沿动态也具有非常重要的意义。
