基于绿色化学理念的大学实验教学改革—电化学合成二苯甲酮综合实验设计

摘要:当今世界科技发展迅速,对大学人才培养模式的改革提出了更高的要求。为适应科技创新和高校人才培养模式创新的需求,需要对大学课堂教学内容和教学手段不断进行改革。实验教学是高等教育重要的组成部分,是培养学生动手能力和知识应用能力的主要途径之一。本实验将前沿的电化学合成和流动化学技术引入到大学实验教学改革中,以苯频哪醇为原料,通过氧化裂解反应合成了二苯甲酮化合物。在实验过程中,学生可以学习电化学反应装置的搭建,熟悉电化学反应过程,掌握薄层色谱、柱层析等分离操作,学会用熔点测定和核磁共振波谱对产物进行表征与分析。通过对比电化学和热化学两种合成方法,有助于培养学生独立分析问题的能力,激发学生的创新意识,树立“绿色合成”理念,提升其综合实践能力。
