生成式AI微场景赋能跨文化交际研究

摘要:在人工智能技术快速发展的背景下,生成式AI为高校外语教学提供了新的技术支持。针对当前大学英语跨文化交际教学中情境单一、实践机会不足及反馈滞后等问题,本研究引入生成式AI构建跨文化交际“微场景”训练模式,探讨其对英语专业学生跨文化交际能力提升的实际效果。研究以Byram跨文化交际能力模型为理论框架,采用混合研究方法,选取某师范类高校英语专业学生为研究对象,设置实验组与对照组。实验组接受为期六周的生成式AI微场景训练,对照组采用传统课堂教学方式。通过跨文化敏感度量表(ISS)前后测对比,并结合学习日志与访谈进行分析。结果表明,实验组学生跨文化敏感度总分显著提升,在互动参与、尊重文化差异和互动信心等维度表现尤为突出,而对照组变化不显著。研究表明,生成式AI支持下的微场景训练能够有效创设真实、低焦虑的跨文化交际情境,对提升大学生跨文化交际能力具有积极作用。
