金钗石斛与枸杞子提取物复方对免疫功能和胃黏膜影响的研究

摘要:为了研究金钗石斛与枸杞子提取物复方对免疫功能和胃黏膜的影响;并采用Con A诱导小鼠淋巴细胞转化试验及溶血实验等测试其免疫功能;用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红血球进行吞噬实验,检测其对机体的免疫功能。经过研究发现,金钗石斛和枸杞复合物能显著增加小鼠脾脏中的淋巴细胞增殖能力、溶血空斑数量、小鼠抗体生成量,并使巨噬细胞吞噬红细胞能力增强。金钗石斛与枸杞子提取物复方对正常小鼠的免疫功能有明显的增强作用。结果还表明,与空白对照组比较,金钗石斛与枸杞子提取物复方高剂量组和低剂量组都能够明显降低胃黏膜损伤指数,金钗石斛与枸杞子提取物复方具有显著的胃黏膜保护作用。
