双重信念行为理论的构建与验证

摘要:目的:认知加工信念和感知信念是影响健康行为的核心要素,其重要性在不同的行为理论中得以体现。现有研究主要局于单一信念对行为的影响,未考虑两种信念之间的互动作用。本文将两种信念结合,提出了双重信念行为理论。方法:文章首先对文献进行了系统梳理与思考,论证了构建双重信念行为理论的合理性和可行性。在此基础上,应用真实世界数据对所构架的理论进行了验证。结果:通过理论论证表明,双重信念行为理论具有存在的合理性。实证结果显示,两种信念存在于同一结构模型中,提示它们共同驱动行为选择的可能性。进而,感知信念与认知加工信念之间存在着紧密的关系,二者在不同模型中互为中介变量,并均可通过链式中介效应对行为意向产生影响。另外,感知信念模型的解释率为20.5%,而认知加工信念模型仅为10.9%,几乎相差一倍。最后,文章对双重信念行为理论的理解和应用进行了讨论。结论:与传统的认知健康行为理论相比,双重信念行为理论揭示了认知加工信念与感知信念在行为决策中的相互作用及差别效应机制,提供了一个更为全面的社会心理机制视角,尤其在面对复杂且多变的现实情境时,展现出更强的解释力和生态效度。
