JNK/Bid信号通路及其在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用研究进展

摘要:脑缺血损伤是由于脑组织血液灌注减少而使细胞发生损伤,导致器官或系统功能障碍。缺血后恢复血供,可能出现脑组织二次损伤,即为脑缺血再灌注损伤。JNK/Bid信号通路在该损伤中有重要作用, 可介导神经炎症、细胞凋亡与氧化应激等。关于神经炎症,该通路促使小胶质细胞向M1型极化,分泌产生炎症因子和自由基,介导炎症反应,诱发细胞凋亡。JNK信号通路在氧化应激等条件下可通过Bid-Bax 介导的线粒体途径促进线粒体外膜通透性增加,诱导CytC释放,进而形成凋亡小体并激活caspase-9依赖的caspase级联反应,引起caspase依赖的细胞凋亡。本文就JNK/Bid信号通路及其与脑缺血再灌注的关系进行系统分析研究。
